GourmetShot is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence technology to enhance food photography. Our Service allows users to upload photos of food and receive AI-processed enhanced versions with improved lighting, color, and overall visual appeal.
Service Availability
We strive to make our Service available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to our Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
Service Limitations
Our AI enhancement technology is designed specifically for food photography. While we aim to provide high-quality results, the effectiveness of enhancement may vary depending on the original image quality, lighting conditions, and other factors.
3.User Accounts and Responsibilities

5.Subscription and Billing
Premium Features
GourmetShot offers both free and premium features. Premium features may include advanced AI enhancement options, higher processing limits, and priority support. Subscription details and pricing are available within the App.
Billing and Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies. We do not provide direct refunds for subscription purchases.
6.Intellectual Property Rights

The GourmetShot app, including its AI algorithms, user interface, design elements, and associated technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by GourmetShot.
Limited License

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GourmetShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our Service.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination by You
You may terminate your account and stop using our Service at any time by deleting the App from your device and, if applicable, canceling your subscription through your app store account.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or protection of our rights and interests.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our Service will cease immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted, and you will no longer have access to enhanced images stored on our servers.
